Northern Lights Properties is proud to offer this charming 1870's farm house that sits on 14 acres and boasts around 500+ feet of waterfront on beautiful Lake Champlain.  Located in the lovely Champlain Island chain it is only 12 miles from the Canadian border (55 miles to Montreal, 45 miles to Burlington).  Access to the Northern Lights Properties dock and water front. Fishing, sailing, boating, mountain hiking, golf and nearby is Alburgh Dunes State Park, with sand beach, are just a few of the summertime activities.  Ice fishing, hunting and snow mobiling are great in the winter time.

Non Flyers:  This a small  private use airport with very limited airplane traffic.  Aircraft noise is minimal.  No nights operations.

We welcome all pilots staying at The Aurora House. The Northern Lights Airstrip ,located nearby to The Aurora House, is a Private Use Airport with grass runway, tie downs, hangars, and runway lights.
